I have been with Ektelon for many years and they have always supported me well! Great company, great product. Changing the dampener configuration in the racquet will increase or decrease the vibration feel to your liking. Changing string size and tension will change the feel as well. I am a power player and have no breakage issues at all! If you’re breaking racquets (like 1 review I read) quit hitting the wall and start hitting the ball. : ) and if you’re playing dbls and you’re hitting other racquets either quit hitting your backhand when its your partners forehand or find a partner that will let you take a forehand without sticking his racquet in the way!

Have broken a few of these and finally switched to an eforce because ektelon would not stand behind the frame.I was an ektelon customer for over 11 years before this happened.My personal opinion is stay away from a company that will not stand behind a product.When I pay over 150.00 bucks for a racquet I expect some kind of customer support.YOU LOST MY BIZ!!!!!!

This was my first "high-end" racquet. I really like using the racquet and continue to play and practice with the stick. I have upgraded to another Ektelon racquet, but I'm confident to have this as a backup.

durability gets a 7, only if you are playing cut-throat or doubs, if you contact another raquet (it happens) at the "O's" it'll crack like an egg

Great Stick! Feels very light in the hand. Very flickable in the front-court. Awesome back-court power. Restrung with Tecnifiber 505 18ga. at 30#. This was much tighter than the original stock Lightning XX.

A fantastic racquet. There are other good racquets out there but this one scores well in every department. I do not think it has any weak areas. Great power, great feel and your stringer has more options to customize this racquet to fit your style of play than any other racquet on the market.

I have played with 5 different Ektelon models over the last few years and this is my favorite so far. More power than other models and really easy to string.
